Do You Need Motivation For Change In:
Motivation For ChangeHaving a Life Coach can be especially helpful if you find yourself in the midst of a life transition. Does your future seem unclear? Do your dreams seem unattainable? Have you lost hope? A coach will help you clarify the present, focus on the future and take actions to reach your goals. A Life Coach encourages the person being coached to press on and not give up.
"I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus." What if you could...
Nutrition & Exercise
I realize that those who are interested in staying healthy will do their own research and even have an exercise routine, but sometimes that isn't enough. You have to make a commitment to lead a healthy life-style and make the necessary sacrifices to see this become a reality. I can help by:
These are areas I have been disciplined in for many years. I have learned that I feel so much better when I stay consistent in exercise and eating healthy. Many people try to do one or the other only to get frustrated and give up, that is where I come in. If you are dedicated, then you will see the results you desire. Losing weight is one area that people seem to need help with. If you are trying to do this on your own and are having a difficult time, don't think you're the only one! many people need an accountability partner to help them persevere until they reach their desired weight. Mind over matter is the key. Focusing on your goal and not your mistakes will be your success. I have worked with people who could not lose weight on their own, but once they had my encouragement and support in keeping them accountable, they began to see the results they've always wanted. Self-Discipline
Self-discipline is important in order to live a balanced, happy, healthy life. Do you feel like your life out of control? I will work with you to discover where your life is out of balance and how to obtain balance. Sometimes you just need someone to help you see what can be changed and how to change. Career Planning
As an Executive Director of a non-profit agency for ten years, I knew what it felt like to be burned out and stuck in a rut. At the time I could have used a life coach to help me through the transition of taking the first step to move on. I had to reevaluate my dreams and seek new direction by myself. I felt like no one really understood what I was going through. This experience has taught me how to recognize when change is needed so that I can help others through similar life transitions. Spiritual Coaching
Do you feel empty? Is there something is missing in your life? What is your relationship with God? If you are interested, I will help you with a non-judgmental, loving approach. There is a plan and purpose for your life! Health Assessment
www.assessmentgenerator.com Meet The Coach I am certified through the Professional Christian Counseling & Coaching Academy (PCCCA) which is a fully accredited program. I also have my Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Indiana University. For ten years I worked with a non-profit organization as Executive Director. In April 2007, I resigned this position. For several months before my resignation I felt a tugging in a new direction. It wasn't until September 2007 that I felt led by God to make a life change. This career move is an outgrowth of my enthusiasm to encourage others to pursue their passions, dreams, goals and find their life purpose.
